摘要： 结合安徽省“十三五”时期全民阅读实践工作，从理论指导、实施主体、主要目标、重点群体和保障措施五个方面对安徽省全民阅读战略规划加以具体解读和分析。最后，总结出安徽省全民阅读战略规划实施路径：第一，打造全民阅读品牌，营造全民阅读浓厚氛围；第二，创建城市阅读空间，培养民众良好阅读习惯；第三，促进社会力量参与，共建多元主体协同模式。

Abstract: This paper combines with the practices of nationwide reading in the 13th Five-Year Plan Period, analyses the strategic planning of nationwide reading in Anhui Province. Finally, this paper summarizes the implementation path on the strategic planning of nationwide reading in Anhui Province: firstly, to build nationwide reading brand and create a good nationwide reading atmosphere; secondly, to establish urban reading space and cultivate good reading habits of the people; thirdly, to promote the participation of social forces and create multi-subject cooperative model.
