摘要： 在概述索引与图书内容索引概念与分类的基础上，重点阐述了图书内容索引的作用与价值以及编制原则，并基于对我国出版百万量级图书大数据的分析，论述了我国图书内容索引出版事业全面落后的现状，并对此从国家、行业、从业者、技术、读者等五个层面提出了促进我国图书内容索引出版事业长足发展的策略。

Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the concept and classification of index and book content index,this paper focuses on the function, value and organization principle of book content index. Based on the analysis of the big data of millions of books published in China,this paper discusses the current situation of book content index falling behind in an all-round way and puts forward the strategies of promoting the rapid development of book content index from five aspects of the country,industry,practitioners,technology and readers.
