澳门地区高校图书馆校友服务调查分析∗

摘要： 通过网络调查和邮箱咨询调查分析了澳门地区高校图书馆校友服务现状，总结了其重视校友服务等值得学习借鉴的管理模式，分析了其不足之处，提出了相应的建议，以期对内地高校图书馆开展校友服务提供借鉴。

Abstract: This paper investigates the current situation of Alumni Service in University Libraries in Macao through network investigation and mailbox consultation，summarizes the management modes which are worthy of learning and reference，analyses their shortcomings，and puts forward corresponding suggestions，with a view to providing reference for the development of Alumni Service in University Libraries in mainland China．
