摘要: 公共图书馆的绩效评估对提高图书馆服务质量具有重要的指导意义。首先对公共图书馆绩效评价的概念进行简要阐述,然后对公共图书馆绩效评价中的影响因素进行分析,最后提出重视绩效评估体系的建立、加强绩效评价的监督、注重定性分析与定量评价的合理性以及做好评价结果的反馈工作四种实施策略。

Abstract: The performance evaluation of public library is of great guiding significance to improve the service quality of library.This paper first briefly expounds the concept of performance evaluation of public library, then analyzes the influencing factors in the performance evaluation of public library, and finally puts forward that attention should be paid to the establishment of performance evaluation system and the supervision of performance evaluation.Pay attention to the rationality of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation and do a good job in the feedback of evaluation results.
